System audits can save time and money for SMBs

Security, scalability, network capacity and mobile integration are all hurdles that, depending on what a company is trying to get out of the solution, need to be addressed before investing. Failure to do so can lead to the system not working at its full potential or running into issues down the road.

There is also the choice of whether to purchase equipment through the vendor or partnering with a solution provider. While going straight from the manufacturer can be cost effective, consulting firms can help organizations deal with planning aspects and ensure they are truly ready to invest is a new solution.
